It will implement quality control systems both in production and in the laboratory, ensuring the compliance of the products with the technical data sheet.

It will guarantee the identification of new opportunities related to process parameters and raw materials in use, to reduce the cost of goods sold

It will guarantee the quality control activities with a view to improving the product.

ACTIVITY AND RESPONSIBILITY (vertical skills: what)


1)It will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the quality control sheets for the operators of the different lines in order to allow them to meet the product with the data sheet for the first level features

2) It will provide operators with the validated reference sample and the unmodified basic bill

3) It confronts the shift leaders to determine the actions leading to the improvement ofproduct and containment costs

4) Performs the third level controls in the laboratory in order to evaluate the results independently. 5) In case of compliance of the product with the standards, it provides input to the head of the shift in order to perform cost containment actions.

6) In case of non-compliance, repeat the test to be sure about the correctness of execution. Coordinates with the head of the shift to define corrective actions to re-enter the minimum characteristics respecting the product budget

7) Compare with the R & D representative in Tema Italia whenever non-conformities remain present in the product or can only come back by pushing the product budget

8) On a weekly basis, we compare with the R & D representative in Tema Italia on the opportunities for improvement in relation to the production program and products, in order to transfer clear information to the operators involved in the most complex products.

9) Convenes monthly meetings with shift managers, production managers, plant and maintenance manager to identify shared corrective actions on unresolved critical issues or to define actions to improve processes to contain costs

10) It is responsible for the compilation of the product data collection files so that they give all the information necessary to prepare the analysis certificates to be transmitted to the customers, provide the necessary information to the certification bodies and the technical office for the drafting of the technical sheets

11) Autonomously analyzes the files, identifies the improvement actions and compares them with the R & D representative in Tema Italia to decide on its implementation

12) Supervises the control of raw materials in first-level acceptance and laboratory reporting to the purchasing office the non-compliance and deciding whether to set aside the goods or use it by monitoring

13) Provides the warehouse manager with indications of non-conforming batches so that they can be identified and within 48 hours of declassifying them or transcoding them

14) It will guarantee the correctness of the operation of laboratory machinery, formalization of testing procedures and periodic calibration

15) It will build a table of definition of quality control products in order to specify who must test what and everything how much


1) Receives a request to test alternative raw materials from the Purchasing Manager of TeMa North America

2) Share with R & D representative in Tema Italia timing and methods of analysis

3) Upon the indication of the R & D representative in Tema Italia, he validates the system and shares the results.
