Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for project scheduling, planning, monitoring, organizing, securing, managing, leading & controlling resources to achieve project goals

Prepare project invoices

Responsible for project material requisitioning and procurement

Responsible for customer communications

Responsible for vendor communications, monitoring, and negotiations

Responsible for various engineering aspects of a project

Proactively communicate project status, issues and risks to management

Assess project issues, identify solutions, and control all project aspects in order to meet productivity, quality and customer expectations and project commitments

Identify and improve project processes

Layout of Structural drawings (this could change as a result of the individual we select)

Layout of hydraulic drawings (this could change as a result of the individual we select)

Layout of mechanical drawings (ths could change as a result of the individual we select)

Assisting Sales Department in project estimations and bid proposals

Engineering of Data Collection Systems (DCS) systems (this could change as a result of the individual we select)

Overnight travel - domestic and international, occasional extended stays

All other work related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

5 years-experience as a project manager

AS/BS degree or an accredited certification as a project manager

Clean driving record

Pass drug test

Submit to a background check

Highly organized

Profecient use of AutoCAD

MSOffice products

Excellent verbal communications

Excellent problem solving ability

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work independently and/or in a team oriented atmosphere
