Service Pump & Supply is looking for an experienced motor winder eager to join a well-established company that solves the toughest water-related challenges. With five locations in four states, we provide products and service for the mining industry, municipal water and wastewater facilities, industrial factories, and oil and gas customers.

Job description

Reporting directly to the Territory Manager, this motor winder will troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, rebuild, and test AC and DC motors. We need a reliable individual committed to maintaining Service Pump’s high standards of service and quality. All tools are provided. This is a full-time permanent position that may require overtime work as needed. Weekend and night work is not ordinary but is occasionally required.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years experience with small to large electric motors, stators, and/or electrical component winding
  • Strong data collection and failure analysis skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and working as a team
  • Ability to train less-experienced team members
  • Clean drug screen
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
